Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager Engineering degree in civil engineering EPF, HES or equivalent recognized in Switzerland. Confirmed experience (at least 8 years) in project management of civil engineering structures in Switzerland. Excellent mastery of SIA standards and common software. You are an inspiring leader who knows how to transmit and listen to your teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. Rigor, analytical spirit and ability to work autonomously. Role \& Responsibilities Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects in the execution phase Coordinate studies via contractors and internal service Supervise technical monitoring, planning and financial control of projects. Lead a multidisciplinary team (technical support, project overview, monitoring the development of technical skills of the teams). Coordination of external partners, and link with the client. Provide solutions and areas for improvement for your department (technological, legal, and standard monitoring).
