In this responsible position, you will lead demanding large-scale projects in the industrial and commercial sectors (Pharma, Food, Mechanical Engineering). Since the assignments mostly take place outside of Central Switzerland, we require a high willingness to travel including overnight stays away from home and weekday residencies. Your Tasks ### • Leadership, coordination and active execution of electrical installations in industrial plants throughout Switzerland • Efficient deployment, resource and material planning directly on the construction site • Central interface between project management, subcontractors and industrial customers on-site • Execution and monitoring of service, maintenance and repair work • Ensuring quality standards, deadlines and occupational safety regulations Your Profile ### • Completed basic training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in industrial assembly as well as leadership experience on the construction site • High willingness to travel (assignments outside of Central Switzerland with overnight stays / weekday assembly) • Driving license Cat.
