Share What can you expect? ## • Responsible for a customer portfolio (PKB segment) in the team and contributes to the identification and exploitation of potential as well as strategic new customer acquisition (focus: young people and students) through effective and efficient sales activities • Active care of customers with potential and scheduling appointments with customers without potential assessment for basic consultation using analytical sales opportunities and potential hints. • Holistic needs analysis and potential clarification to identify and verify (financial) customer needs as well as using existing information for targeted cross-selling. • Enabling and promoting customers to use digital self-service («Digital Coach») • Collaboration on market development measures (in particular campaigns, events and representative tasks). • Optional additional task «Cash Officer»: Coordinates internally and with the cash transport company the supply of cash registers, cash dispensers, bank vaults and their smooth operation. Is responsible for supplying the bank's internal accounts with liquidity in CHF and foreign currencies as well as ensuring the return of notes, coins and precious metals What do you bring? ## • Completed banking training or comparable training, certification as a private customer advisor (SAQ) is an advantage • As a customer advisor with pronounced sales competence, you convince through sustainable, needs-based and individual customer care • Entrepreneurial personality with confident appearance, taking responsibility and proactively bringing in ideas • Resilient, socially competent personality with team spirit, initiative and high independence
