In this context, we are currently looking for a / an: CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F) Permanent position | Watchmaking | La Chaux-de-Fonds Your mission You actively participate in the manufacture of high-precision watchmaking components, from programming to machining, in compliance with quality, performance and deadline standards. Your responsibilities Program parts on Alphacam (3 and 5 axes). Perform setups, start-ups and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Fanuc control is an asset). Machine high value-added watchmaking components. Ensure dimensional and qualitative control using measuring instruments. Actively participate in the versatility and dynamics of the team. Achieve objectives in terms of quality, performance and deadlines. Your profile Training as a Precision Mechanic or Micromechanic, with several years of experience in watchmaking (movement parts is an asset). Excellent mastery of CNC setup and programming. Comfortable in reading plans and using standard measuring devices. Organized, precise, proactive personality, solution-oriented and team spirit. Great rigor in the application of quality procedures and standards.
