Finance Business Partner / Sales Controller # Workplace: Zurich Region & télétravail As Finance Business Partner / Sales Controller, you are the central interlocutor for financial questions of the Marketing & Sales business lines. You bring your financial expertise from the start and support strategic and operational decisions. In this role, you are an exchange partner for specific areas within the Marketing & Sales organization and create an efficient interface between Finance and the relevant business lines. YOUR TASKS • By creating, evaluating and targeted challenging of relevant business cases, you establish the basis for informed decisions and effective commercial impulses. • You analyze, understand and forecast the key business drivers across all business lines. • Classic controlling tasks such as monthly closing, reporting and variance analysis are also part of your area of responsibility. • You actively participate in medium-term strategic planning and stimulate its targeted development. • With the team, you continuously develop controlling instruments, steering models and tools. • You constantly refine the planning logic and forecasting methods so that projections are even more relevant and useful for decision-making. YOUR PROFILE • A degree in business administration, finance, controlling or economics constitutes the basis of this role. • You bring practical knowledge and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar function; experience in the financial services sector is an asset. • You model and evaluate business cases with confidence, synthesize complex financial contexts and communicate clearly with different interlocutors. • You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI to prepare and clearly present analyses and complex topics, and are open to new technologies. • You communicate with ease in allemand and in anglais (oral and written).
