Your profile: You are a field leader capable of uniting, developing and making a team of 16 employees perform around ambitious goals. You have solid experience in the automotive spare parts sector or equivalent and understand the challenges of a performance and customer satisfaction-oriented profit center. You combine business sense, entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation. You can analyze key performance indicators and make decisions that enable sustainable business development. Organized, autonomous and pragmatic, you efficiently manage priorities while maintaining a high level of demand. You master modern management tools (ERP, CRM, Excel). You have excellent oral and written French skills. Knowledge of German is an additional asset in this bilingual region. Your role: Take charge of our Fribourg branch and ensure its human, commercial and financial performance. Lead, support and develop a team of 16 employees by creating a motivating, demanding and customer-oriented work environment. Develop the branch's commercial activity, set the course, steer objectives and implement the necessary actions for their achievement. Ensure the management and profitability of the profit center by monitoring key indicators and identifying levers for improvement and growth.
