PRODUCTION & METHODS MANAGER (M/F)

Cavitech SA is a Swiss company specializing in cable manufacturing and device assembly for the industry. As a Production & Methods Manager (m/f), you play a key role in the organization and development of our workshop. A true technical expert, you are present daily on the ground to support teams, resolve production issues, optimize manufacturing methods, and sustainably improve the operation of the workshop. YOUR MISSIONS • Support teams and provide technical support • Plan, organize, and monitor daily production • Solve problems related to machines, tools, molds, and manufacturing processes • Design, test, and implement fixtures and tools to facilitate team work • Create and maintain work instructions • Optimize flows, workstations, and manufacturing methods • Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement YOUR PROFILE • Technical training (automatist, electrician, ES technician or equivalent) • Proven experience in an industrial environment • Experience in production organization and/or methods • Hands-on person who likes to solve problems in a concrete way • Ability to unite and support teams, sense of organization • Ease with computer tools and production management software • Taste for designing concrete solutions (fixtures, tools, improvement of workstations) WE OFFER • A strategic position within a Swiss industrial SME • Great autonomy and varied responsibilities • An environment where your ideas have a concrete impact • A human-sized company, close to its employees • The opportunity to actively participate in the development of our workshop LOCATION: Boudry START DATE: to be agreed At Cavitech SA, ideas are quickly implemented: if you like to propose, test, and improve, you will find an environment where your expertise will have a direct impact on the daily life of the workshop.
