Job role ###### Chef ##### Experience level ###### Trained Persons with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) as a chef, at least three years of basic vocational training in the activity to be performed, or persons with an EBA certificate and at least three years of professional practice in the activity to be performed. Job description ###### We are looking for an experienced Chef EFZ for holiday/rest day replacement: (Preferably with readiness to take over all assignments, limited until the end of Aug., possibly Sept.) **Your tasks:** - Preparation of warm and cold dishes - Independent production of mise-en-place - Assistance with purchasing and stock management - Compliance with hygiene and quality standards **Your profile:** - Completed training as a Chef EFZ with several years of professional experience (ideally in a residential home kitchen) - Experience as a sole chef is urgently necessary - Warm and empathetic in dealing with people in need of care/support - Well-groomed appearance, friendly, team-oriented nature - Reliable, flexible, resilient - Structured, clean, independent way of working - Joy and passion for cooking with seasonal regional products - Good German language skills in speaking and writing - Readiness for flexible work assignments including weekend shifts - Taking over multiple assignments is desired/preferred **Why you should work with us:** - Familial, open working environment with flat hierarchies - Brand new kitchen with state-of-the-art technology - Attractive working hours (working day usually ends at 19.00) - Free parking Have we piqued your interest?
