Business Analyst / Product Owner (M/F)

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to work on a program for the digitization of complex business processes. You will play an interface role between users, business managers, development teams, architects, and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding needs, formalizing them, and translating them into features that can be exploited by an Agile team. Your main missions Elicit, analyze, and prioritize the needs of users and business managers Identify functional and non-functional requirements Model the business process with BPMN Model business objects and their relationships with UML Write functional specifications, use cases, and entity models Describe features in the form of User Stories and acceptance criteria Organize, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog Lead collaborative workshops and working sessions using collective intelligence Support development teams and provide necessary functional support Analyze data sources and distinguish between operational and reference data Participate in functional arbitration, taking into account technical and organizational constraints Define the functional validation strategy Design and execute tests Contribute to improving the user experience and UX/UI design Your profile Higher degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent field Proven experience in business analysis and in a role close to Product Owner Mastery of need elicitation, analysis, and prioritization Significant experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Mastery of BPMN and good knowledge of UML Practice with a backlog management tool, ideally Jira Ability to write precise User Stories and acceptance criteria Knowledge of BABOK principles Experience in defining and executing test strategies Sensitivity to security and data protection issues Excellent written and oral communication in French Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams Appreciated skills PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification CBAP, IIBA, or ISTQB certification Experience in Design Thinking, user research, or wireframing Knowledge of regulated environments Ability to present complex topics to management stakeholders Experience with end-to-end process transformation projects Working at Athenco means joining a group that puts people at the heart of its concerns, recognized as a Great Place to Work several times.
