We are looking for a Head of Human Resources 80% (m/f/d) Tasks • Management of the HR department • Contact person for management on HR-relevant topics • Further development of HR processes • Handling of the entire personnel administration from A-Z in cooperation with an assistant • Responsible for payroll accounting incl. social insurance in cooperation with an assistant • Support of applicant management • Responsible for health management Qualification • Completed commercial training • Further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma or comparable • Leadership experience • Several years of experience in a comparable function • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law • Native German language • Proficient IT skills (MS Office, Abacus) • High advisory and decision-making competence • You are a discreet, trustworthy and loyal personality with a structured and precise way of working • You have a networked and solution-oriented way of thinking and always maintain an overview even in hectic times We look forward to receiving your application documents.
