Client BIM Manager and Data Management Project Manager Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute Take responsibility for the project of supplementary data entry regarding surfaces and buildings, notably by guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of the data Develop and review the technical bases, processes, and organizational structures necessary for digital transformation Develop and transmit the bases and directives related to data management, notably regarding BIM Ensure the coordination and implementation of BIM projects, in close collaboration with the project teams What makes you unique Degree from a higher education institution in architecture, civil engineering, building technology, or a related field, accompanied by experience or qualifications in the field of digitalization of the construction sector Ability to understand projects in all construction phases and professional experience in the coordination and transmission of knowledge in building digital modeling; in-depth knowledge of Swiss construction standards and directives, as well as know-how in change management Convincing personality and solid skills in consulting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations Good knowledge of two official languages, with knowledge of English being an asset In a few words Use your BIM experience to develop innovative solutions for the digital and sustainable transformation of the construction sector.
