Stiftung Domino creates suitable jobs and needs-based housing offers for around 200 people with assistance needs. The residential area includes 72 residential places in Hausen and Brugg. Around 80 assistance persons in 8 teams support the residents based on our assistance concept, which is oriented towards individual needs and self-determination. We are looking for an engaged, empathetic and strong-leadership personality as Team Lead, 80-100% starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement for the team of the shared residential community 1/2 with 14 residents in Hausen AG Your leadership tasks • Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of a team of around 12 employees • Controlling of the assistance process • Deployment planning as well as annual planning • Promotion of team and personnel development • Financial controlling of the shared residential communities • Ensuring the maintenance of the shared residential communities as well as the required resources • Participation in the leadership and further development of the foundation (in the management area) Your specialist tasks • Assistance of the residents in practical life activities • Assistance in personal development and self-determined action • Ensuring necessary care and medical assistance in cooperation with the corresponding specialists • Planning and implementation of leisure activities • Implementation of the annual process (assistance concept) as a reference person • Cooperation with legal representatives, relatives as well as other specialists Your competencies • Completed training in Social Pedagogy HF or FH • Leadership competence and leadership training (or willingness to complete this promptly) • Experience with people with assistance needs • Willingness for shifts on weekends and public holidays (no night watch, mostly continuous shifts) • Structured and responsible way of working • High social competence, ability to reflect and resilience We offer you • Versatile and impactful tasks with scope for design • A dynamic and meaningful environment • An open "Du" and feedback culture with short decision-making paths • An engaged and motivated team • Support for professional further training • Progressive and attractive employment conditions We look forward to your application via e-mail to personal@stiftung-domino.ch.
