Nature of work In this exciting function, you will undertake versatile activities in the area of accounts payable/accounting and be part of a sympathetic accounting team (reporting directly to the Head of Financial Accounting). You will record invoices, post accounts payable transactions, and undertake various control activities. In addition, you will support other areas as needed - e.g., support controlling tasks/statistics or also VAT/VST/Treasury. Also, supporting tasks in day-to-day business for the accounting team as well as participation in internal projects (e.g., optimization of processes, monitoring for various departments) make your position additionally exciting. Requirement profile To be successful in this demanding position, you have a completed commercial basic training as well as, if applicable, relevant further training in finance and accounting (Accounting Clerk). Additionally, you have already been able to gain several years of practice in accounting (especially accounts payable) and may already have experience in supporting monthly and annual financial statements according to OR, as well as possibly according to Swiss GAAP FER. Ideally, this is in companies in the financial services industry (e.g., bank, asset management, insurance). You are proficient in handling ERP/FIBU systems (Abacus is an advantage) and communicate stylishly in German.
