What awaits you You manage the entire HR function in administrative and organizational matters, particularly in the areas of Learning & Development (L&D), Young Talents, Payroll, as well as general HR administration. In the area of L&D, you are responsible for our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure professional and efficient training and further education administration. You coordinate, organize, and accompany various HR initiatives, particularly in the area of our Young Talents. In the area of Payroll, you take over independently defined work packages and ensure their timely and qualitatively flawless processing. You process personnel administrative tasks along the entire Employee Lifecycle and ensure correct data maintenance in our HR systems. What you bring with you You have a commercial basic training, ideally in a banking or finance environment, as well as at least four years of professional experience in a comparable HR function. You bring experience in HR administration (if possible including Payroll) and enjoy developing yourself in this area. You can coordinate different areas of tasks simultaneously, think in networks, and grasp connections quickly. You are an initiative, responsible, and team-oriented personality who works independently and likes to think ahead. You question existing processes, are a team player, and enjoy the collaborative development of pragmatic solutions. You convince through your service orientation, your professional appearance, and cooperation with different stakeholders.
