With your people competence, you conduct interviews confidently, check candidates carefully, and accompany them through the entire application process. As a central figure in the recruitment process, you hold all the strings in your hands: from the job advertisement to the successful placement. Your tasks: •You conduct interviews, check applications, and find the right talents. •You accompany all processes around entries and exits, contracts, and certificates. •You are the contact person for employee concerns and resolve HR-relevant questions competently. •You look after our long-standing customer base with the usual high quality. •You maintain personnel files, databases, and handle administrative HR topics. •You think ahead, contribute ideas, and keep our processes fresh and efficient. Your profile: •Completed training and several years of experience in a similar function. •Very good MS-Office skills; Zvoove knowledge is a plus. •You are top organized, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even at high speed. •Swiss German and good written expression in German are mandatory – French language skills and other languages are welcome. •Strong communication skills, personable, team player. •You come from the Laufen region and know your way around here well. •Driver's license Cat. B.
