In this role, you will support the Corporate Development management in the steering and further development of the strategic project and transformation portfolio. You will create transparency regarding strategic initiatives, further develop portfolio methods and reporting, and make a significant contribution to the sustainable transformation of Insel Gruppe.* What awaits you ## • Co-design and development of an integrated portfolio management framework for Insel Gruppe • Evaluation, prioritization, and support of strategic projects • Preparation of decision-making bases for the Executive Board and Board of Directors • Carrying out portfolio reviews as well as further development of reporting and key figure systems • Creating transparency regarding resource bottlenecks as well as evaluating project and portfolio data to enable sound strategic prioritization decisions. • Further development of portfolio management methods, governance, and standards • Promoting the professionalization of project and program management through methods, standards, training, and mentoring.
