Building Operations Agent I (M/F) at 55 to 60%

Mission: You are in charge of cleaning and maintaining the premises assigned to you to ensure their cleanliness and good condition of use. Under the supervision of the building manager, you carry out common cleaning work, check the proper functioning of usual technical appliances and ensure the supply of equipment and products necessary for your activity. You also perform various simple tasks related to building maintenance, according to the needs of the service and the directives of your hierarchy. As part of your duties, you may be required to intervene on different sites of the République and Canton du Jura depending on organizational needs. Profile: You ideally have experience in the field of cleaning, building maintenance or an equivalent activity. With good physical condition, you are able to perform maintenance work requiring frequent travel and prolonged standing. You master usual cleaning techniques as well as the use of maintenance products. You strictly apply the prescriptions in terms of safety, hygiene and health protection. You demonstrate autonomy in the organization of your work, while respecting established procedures and instructions. Reliable and conscientious person, you demonstrate a good sense of organization and are able to define priorities in order to ensure the effective execution of the tasks entrusted to you, while guaranteeing careful and quality work.
