• 02 July 2026 • 90% • Indefinite duration • Winterthur Day structure team leader, 90% The model station SOMOSA offers an intensive residential program of 9 to 12 months for adolescents. Our agogic occupation offer (day structure) plays a central role in competence assessment, stabilization, vocational orientation, and preparation for the labor market. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed day structure team leader who leads the sector professionally and personally - with an emphasis on professional integration. We are looking starting from 1 September 2026 or by agreement A day structure team leader, 90% Your area of responsibility • Direction and coaching: You lead and support a team of work agogues and social pedagogues in daily work with clients. • Vocational orientation as a job coach: You identify the professional skills of the youth, accompany them in the vocational orientation process (applications, observation internships, apprenticeship search) and you create a network with AI offices, training companies, and the labor market. • Agogic design: You develop the modules of the day structure (media workshop, laboratory, production) - with the aim of preparing the youth for professional requirements corresponding to their level of competence. • Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work in close collaboration with social pedagogy, psychotherapy, and psychiatry. Development objectives and support measures are agreed upon between the sectors. • Organization: You are responsible for administrative tasks, budgetary issues, and the use of the premises. Required profile • Diploma as a work agogue, social pedagogue HF/FH (with specialization in professional integration) or career counselor • Experience in team leadership and in working with youth experiencing psychological distress • Specialized knowledge in vocational orientation, AI processes, and first/second labor market • Leadership skills: completed continuing education in the field of management or willingness to qualify • Personality: You are empathetic and know how to use conflicts constructively.
