We are looking for a Senior Manager in Occupational Pensions to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of ensuring the financial security of our members. Responsibilities ### • Ensure the processing and follow-up of files related to old-age, disability, and death benefits. • Manage cases of free passage transfer, home ownership encouragement (EPL), divorce, purchases, contributions, as well as situations of work incapacity. • Respond to policyholders' requests by phone, in writing, and in person. • Control and validate files processed by the management team. • Participate in the preparation and control of technical and administrative closures. • Analyze tender requests and changes to pension plans, and provide adapted responses. • Contribute actively to continuous process improvement projects and the development of the Foundation. Qualifications ### The ideal profile for this position has the following qualifications: • Proven experience of at least 10 to 15 years in occupational pension management within a pension fund or insurance company. • Federal certificate as a specialist in occupational pensions or social insurance, an asset. • Excellent mastery of the mechanisms of Swiss occupational pensions (LPP). • Very good ease with numbers. • Advanced mastery of Excel and usual computer tools. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team. • Sense of responsibility, rigor, and initiative. • Excellent relational skills and strong customer focus. • Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written, German or other languages, an asset. • Dynamic, committed, and service-oriented personality.
