Operator CNC Punching-Laser Your responsibility Operating CNC machines (TC7000, Bystronic Fiber) as well as high-bay warehouse FMG Independent setup, monitoring and processing of production orders Multi-machine operation Ensuring the required quality and customer requirements within the specified time Supporting optimizations of technologies and processes Processing orders according to ERP work program Maintenance of tools and weekly maintenance of machines Responsible for cleanliness and order in the work area Readiness for 3-shift operation Your profile Completed technical vocational training (e.g., plant/apparatus builder EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, metalworker EFZ) Several years of production experience in the metal sector Initial experience in the area of punching/laser and/or bending Teamwork skills and openness to knowledge exchange Cross-process thinking, flexible action even during shift and on-call duties Good German skills in speaking and writing Our offer 40-hour week with flexible working hours 25–35 vacation days depending on age Further training opportunities & career development Years of service gifts Attractive company pension with above-average interest rates A lot of room for maneuver in a varied activity Your mission is crucial for the success of our customers and the Your contact Do you want to make a difference and actively contribute to the success of our team?
