To strengthen our team at the Dagmersellen LU location, we are looking for a flexible and motivated Production Employee 100% Tasks You will work in production, operate the systems and carry out quality controls. In addition, you will perform maintenance and cleaning work and also assist in packaging. The assignments in our production take place in a 4-shift cycle. Our shift times are as follows: Early shift: 06:00-14:00 Late shift: 14:00-22:00 Night shift: 22:00-06:00 The duty rosters are known approx. 1-2 weeks in advance. Availability for weekend and holiday work is required. Requirements Great flexibility, readiness for irregular work assignments and shift work (4-shift operation). It is an advantage if you bring experience in production operations in the food industry, have very good oral German skills and are used to working cleanly and precisely. A driver's license as well as your own vehicle are mandatorily necessary for this position so that you can be with us on time for the start of the shift.
