You monitor the operating facilities, commission plants, recognize malfunctions, and take measures to rectify malfunctions. You overhaul and maintain machines and devices. After an induction phase, you will perform on-call service independently. You support the Operations Manager with leadership tasks, in ensuring operations, and in various projects. You alternatingly take over the management of one of the two wastewater treatment plants in Birsfelden and Therwil. You perform deputy tasks during absences of the Operations Manager. Requirement profile EFZ in a technical / industrial profession or as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist or similar Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Specialist or a comparable training confident handling of common MS Office applications Driver's license category B Leadership and social competence as well as good communication skills and decisiveness During the on-call service, it is possible for you to be at the place of work within 30 minutes.
