Since 1971, Teen Challenge Schweiz has been accompanying adults aged 18 and over with mental impairments and addiction diseases on their way to professional and social integration. Around 30 specialists are committed to the well-being of nearly 70 participants within the framework of various residential, work, and integration offers at five locations in two cantons. Teen Challenge Schweiz is a social-economic, IVSE-recognized association based in Glarus and part of a global network with approximately 1400 facilities in 129 countries. Financing is provided by public law donors, the sale of own products and services, as well as through donations. To achieve this goal, we are looking for our location Rapperswil (Secondhand-Shop and Café Cafitass) as of immediately or by arrangement for a Work Integration Specialist / Work Integration Specialist ## You will become our new team member if you ### • Have completed training as a Work Integration Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or an equivalent qualification in the field of work integration or social pedagogy • Have further training and professional experience in the field of Job Coaching • Enjoy working with people with mental impairments • Show readiness to instruct, promote, and accompany clients in everyday work (Secondhand-Shop, Café) • Work independently, structured, and responsibly • Are resilient, flexible, and a team player • Possess good MS-Office skills Depending on professional background, a career change is possible, provided there is a willingness to undergo further professional training. - and this completes your profile ### • You are familiar with the usual Office programs and enjoy administrative tasks. • You are reliable and have a passion for people with impairments. • Interdisciplinary exchange is as important to you as it is to us.
