Specialist in Care EFZ 60 % Daycare Communication ## The Stiftung Arkadis is a service and competence center for adults with a disability, primarily with a cognitive impairment and/or cerebral palsy, as well as for children and adolescents including their social environment with a disability, a developmental impairment or risk, and/or with special health or social support needs. Around 260 employees accompany, care for, and promote our clients with a wide range of services. Our clients wish for a person who is "nice, can listen well, and only helps when it is really necessary". Tasks ### • Agogic accompaniment and support of the clients in various areas of life • Application of multimodal communication • Execution of administrative work • Client transports with the foundation's own bus Requirements ### • Completed training as Specialist in Care EFZ • Experience in accompanying people with impairments • Experience or further training in Supported Communication, especially with signs, Metacom, or Easy Language, are an advantage • Manual skills or a manual vocational training are an advantage and enrich our versatile working environment. • personal competencies: team-oriented, reliable, and committed personality with an appreciative, empathetic, and patient attitude.
