Your tasks Teaching at Bachelor and Master levels as well as in further education in the field of environmental hydraulics (in particular rehabilitation of hydropower, renaturation of flowing waters, flood protection, swell and sink, hydrodynamic simulation, urban water management, green infrastructure) Supervision of student projects Development, management and implementation of applied research projects, mainly in the research focus area "Soil and Water", in cooperation with researchers from the Institute for Building and Environmental Technologies iTEC Collaboration in the development of further education offers Desired profile Master's degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in the field of hydraulics, civil engineering or equivalent education Doctorate or equivalent proof of performance in research Several years of professional experience in an engineering office in the field of environmental hydraulics or comparable experience Advanced knowledge in numerical modeling Communication skills and team skills Mastery of German or French with very good knowledge of the other language; good English skills Additional information The position as Tenure-Track Assistant Professor FH is limited to four years.
