• 28 juillet 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • 1820 Les Avants The Municipality of Montreux is advertising a position for: Main tasks: • Execute routine maintenance work of the communal public domain • Participate in clearing work following bad weather and storms • Participate in snow removal work and winter interventions • Ensure cleanliness in the city and in the villages • Maintain service premises, vehicles, installations, machines, material and tooling Desired profile: • Extensive knowledge in mowing and general maintenance of the public domain • Proficiency in winter road maintenance (manual and mechanical) • Knowledge of masonry work, civil engineering is an asset • Minimum 2 years of professional experience related to the field • Knowledge of the communal network, an asset • Able to work in a team and independently • Spirit of collaboration and ability to show initiative • Good communication skills • Pragmatism and sense of responsibility Special conditions: • Holder of a driving license for light vehicles (category B and BE) • M1 and M7 permits, an asset • Mastery of driving on snow and on icy roads • Being available and flexible in schedules (on-call service or alarms, including Saturday, Sunday and at night) • Working weekends and public holidays through rotation services according to the established schedule and needs • Being required to travel to the defined workplace within a maximum period of 30 minutes to intervene during alarms • To benefit from a good physical condition.
