In this position, you are responsible for the dispatching of turbochargers as well as assembly planning, ensuring timely material availability and optimal utilization of assembly capacities. You coordinate customer and assembly orders, monitor stocks and material flows, and initiate appropriate measures early in the event of bottlenecks. Through the analysis of planning and inventory data, you identify optimization potential and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and dispatching processes. With your experience in the industrial environment and your sound SAP knowledge, you make a significant contribution to ensuring delivery capability and customer satisfaction. Your tasks: Dispatching of individual materials and turbochargers of the assigned turbocharger types Ensuring material availability for customer orders, taking into account delivery times and inventory targets Monitoring customer order items for turbochargers and the Part Exchange Program (PEP) in FELIOS Coordination with purchasing, production, assembly, and logistics to ensure material availability Monitoring critical materials as well as initiating escalation measures in the event of supply bottlenecks Processing schedule shifts and adjusting delivery schedules Capacity planning in close cooperation with assembly Reviewing forecasts, safety stocks, and logistical master data (SAP, FELIOS) Analysis and optimization of inventory levels, taking into account coverage and capital commitment Analysis of data and processes as well as identification and implementation of optimization potential and improvement measures Scrapping of materials without future need Requirement profile: At least 3 years of professional experience as a material dispatcher or in a comparable function in an industrial environment Additional training in the field of logistics (HF / FH) is an advantage Flexible, reliable, and conscientious personality who maintains a cool head even in hectic situations Team-oriented personality with high commitment, assertiveness, and strong negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and set priorities between short-term and long-term orders or projects Result-oriented way of working with strong problem-solving skills, even in unclear or complex situations Very good organizational skills as well as resilience Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive, independent, and structured way of working Very good knowledge of integrated ERP systems, especially SAP (FELIOS) Proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills Your benefits: Good remuneration and social benefits Flexible working hours and models Family-friendly services (e.g., daycare, paternity leave, etc.) Support for further training Other benefits We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
