The various missions awaiting you: Support our advisors and agency brokers in both management and contract follow-up Manage claims according to the competencies of the agency Prepare insurance offers for our private and corporate clients (all branches combined) Support the external service and advisors to brokers in business follow-up Inform customers (reception, correspondence, telephone) What makes you unique: Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years Commercial training in the field of private insurance French as a native language, a second national language is an asset Holder of the AFA Certification is an asset If you are also autonomous, comfortable with customer service, teamwork, and you know how to manage priorities as well as stress, then you are the person we need!
