Your work environment As a construction worker in the area of interior fitting and assembly, you will take on versatile practical tasks on our construction sites and be a central part of building our internal execution team. We are consciously looking for a technical all-rounder who thinks across trades, is flexible, and likes to lend a hand. You will work closely with the site management, project management, and external craftsmen to ensure the high-quality, efficient, and timely implementation of our projects. We are not looking for a specialist in just one trade. We are looking for a real all-rounder. Someone who understands construction sites, is technically skilled, thinks along, and gets involved where support is needed. Whether assembly, interior fitting, minor adjustments, or coordination with other craftsmen - you feel at home on the construction site and find pragmatic solutions. Your role • Independent execution of versatile tasks in interior fitting • Assembly of kitchens, built-in cabinets, doors, and individual carpentry work • General assembly, conversion, and repair work on construction sites • Carrying out adaptation, expansion, and completion work • Support with minor plastering, drywall, silicone, sealing, and finishing work • Support with dismantling, preparation, and completion work • Independent identification and solution of technical challenges on the construction site in collaboration with the interior fitting manager • Coordination with site management, project management, and internal and external craftsmen • Ensuring quality, order, and work safety on the construction site • Support with material checks, logistics, and construction site organization • Assistance with measurement work, construction inspections, and commissioning Your qualifications • Completed vocational training, for example as a carpenter EFZ, joiner EFZ, assembly carpenter, floor layer, metalworker, sanitary installer, plasterer, bricklayer, or comparable training • Several years of experience in interior fitting, renovation, or on construction sites • Technically broadly based and enjoying varied work • Pronounced manual skills and high quality standards • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working method • Willingness to also take on cross-trade tasks • Good German language skills • Driver's license category B Your benefits • Demanding, versatile projects with high personal responsibility • Dynamic, innovation-friendly environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Attractive remuneration and benefits packages that reward performance and commitment • Clear development prospects (towards overall project management, owner representation, or management) • Promotion of further education and professional qualifications • Modern working tools and technology-oriented processes
