Team Leader Pressroom/Distillery (m/f)

For a successful and innovative industrial company near Winterthur, we are looking for a committed leader as Team Leader Pressroom/Distillery (m/f) # In this versatile role, you will lead a well-coordinated production team (10MA), ensure smooth processes, and actively drive continuous process improvement. In doing so, you will work closely with various specialist departments and make an important contribution to the company's success. You will promote your employees, contribute your own ideas for optimization, and take responsibility for quality, efficiency, and a modern leadership culture. Look forward to a varied task with plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to help shape processes sustainably. You have a basic technical education with further training as a technician/master and ideally bring initial experience in a leadership function or as a deputy. Candidates who wish to take the next career step towards team leadership are also welcome. Important to us are a strong sense of quality, a structured way of working, good communication skills, as well as enjoyment in promoting employees and developing solutions together. Experience in a production environment, in Lean Management, or with ERP systems is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
