To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as: Logistics Employee Warehouse & Packaging (a) Goal of the role: In this position, a smooth, timely, and quality-compliant material flow within intralogistics is ensured. The role takes on operational tasks in the areas of goods receipt, warehouse management, material provision, order picking, and packaging and works closely with adjacent specialist departments. Furthermore, the function actively contributes to ensuring inventory quality, process efficiency, and the continuous improvement of logistics processes. Your tasks: Acceptance, inspection, and booking of goods receipts including deviation management Professional storage of materials according to warehouse and safety specifications Order picking and provision of production, transfer, and spare part orders Ensuring material availability for production, assembly, and shipping Packaging of medical technology devices and accessories according to work instructions Carrying out administrative activities within intralogistics Participation in inventories as well as clarification of stock differences Cooperation with procurement, scheduling, and other internal interfaces Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental specifications Participation in continuous improvement processes (KVP) and 5S initiatives Your profile: Completed vocational training in the logistics field or several years of experience in a comparable function Forklift license category S2 Experience in goods receipt, warehousing, and material management Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP MM/WM Good German language skills in speaking and writing English skills are an advantage Knowledge of inventory processes and FIFO principles Structured, reliable, and independent way of working High teamwork ability and strong service orientation Willingness to work on Saturdays as well as flexible working hours Benefits: Modern logistics environment in an international medical technology company Versatile tasks along the entire material flow Cooperation with various specialist departments Participation in a quality- and process-oriented environment Opportunity for active participation in shaping improvement processes Structured workflows and professional induction Exciting and dynamic working environment
