Bern (and Homeoffice) \| 80-100% (Jobsharing possible) This is what you can contribute • Define and communicate product vision for IAM: develop and represent a clear vision for the IAM portfolio, aligned with business, security, and compliance requirements, to teams and stakeholders • Control and further develop the IAM portfolio: take technical responsibility for products in the areas of Identity \& Role Management, Access \& Secrets Management, and Identity Access Governance • Define epics, features, and roadmap: develop epics and features based on strategic guidelines and architectural target images, prioritize, manage dependencies, and control implementation • Monitor and control product development: identify, address, and ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of risks, obstacles, and goal conflicts • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: work closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevSecOps teams, Operations, Procurement, Security Officers, and other stakeholders • Represent IAM in committees and planning bodies: prepare and represent technical topics and priorities in SAFe events and decision-making bodies in a targeted and effective manner <br /> What makes you unique • Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent IT training • Several years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in the field of IAM or Security in a large company, public administration, or a similarly complex environment with demanding governance and stakeholder structures • In-depth understanding of IAM topics such as role models, provisioning, authentication, authorization, PAM, or Access Governance • Practical experience with agile methodologies (preferably SAFe) and with controlling backlogs, features, and roadmaps • High assertiveness, structured approach, and secure stakeholder management at various levels • Very good knowledge of at least one second official language and English, and if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell Become part of the Cyber Command and actively shape the digitization of the Swiss Army.
