In our production departments, we process natural raw materials such as grains, legumes, seeds, and other ingredients into high-quality intermediate and finished products - for example, Cornflakes, special flours, or Flips, using a mix of state-of-the-art and traditional equipment. These products are then further processed by internal and external partners into full-fledged food products. To ensure this continues in the future, we are looking for you - a dedicated individual with a pronounced quality awareness and a passion for working as a deputy team leader, starting immediately or by agreement. Your tasks - responsible and versatile • Technical and personal leadership of the team as deputy • You ensure that our products are manufactured on time and in consistently high quality • You operate and monitor our production lines and ensure a smooth process • During product changes, you organize the conversion of the equipment independently • You carefully document all production steps in our ERP system • Compliance with our quality specifications is your responsibility
