Project Manager (M/F) - New Product Industrialization

Introduction ## For our Production division, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to lead the industrialization of new product assembly, by developing and deploying the necessary technical and industrial means, in close collaboration with the R&D division. You will also coordinate product modifications and support the commissioning of new equipment.  *Responsibilities* ## • Analyze the definition file and co-develop assemblies with R&D to facilitate their industrialization • Define bill of materials, assembly sequences, control methods, tooling, and the documentation necessary for production • Organize qualifications, monitor risks, budgets, and operating times, and ensure the ramp-up • Lead product modifications, support the commissioning of new equipment, and coordinate actions with R&D, Quality, Production, and Purchasing teams *Profile* ## • EPF/ETS/HES Engineering degree in micromechanics, mechanics, or a training deemed equivalent • Proven industrial experience in the industrialization of mechanical watch assembly • Proven experience in industrial project management, from the definition of needs to production launch • Ability to lead projects and propose high-performance and innovative solutions • Proficiency in SAP (ERP), Windchill (PLM), and Apriso (MES) would be an asset • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams • Intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, and ability to be proactive     Conclusion ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, solutions for flexible working hours, and first-class social benefits.
