Bern \| 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Process questions in the department of operational logistics and motorization in connection with project planning, evaluation, procurement, introduction, use, and decommissioning of objects and systems • Create and be responsible for fundamentals for procurement, allocation, introduction, and use in the area of operational logistics and motorization • Be responsible for life cycle management and the introduction of new systems of the corresponding objects and systems in the department, as well as create contributions to armed forces development in the area of army message and army organization • Develop contributions to doctrine development and process management • Act as Point of Contact for our internal and external partners for procurement projects and requirement documents in the area of operational logistics and motorization • Represent the Army/operational domain Land as the user in projects, systems, and committees <br /> This makes you unique <br /> • University or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of function-relevant professional experience with further training in project and requirement management • Knowledge in the area of Material Assurance of the Army (MSA) with profound knowledge in conceptual material management and military logistics processes, very good knowledge of common IT applications (MS Windows/Office) • Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, confident appearance, and the ability to think in networks; flair for conceptual work • Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language • Military training as an officer / senior non-commissioned officer of the Swiss Army, if possible staff officer / senior non-commissioned officer of the logistics troops and possibly still subject to compulsory service as well as willingness to attend the civilian military staff training. • Driver's license Cat B and ideally Cat C <br /> In a nutshell Do you want to participate in the operational logistics and the motorization of the ground troops of the Swiss Army?
