Polyvalent administrative and commercial As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a versatile and motivated person to join our team in a fixed-term contract at 80%. You will integrate a dynamic and varied environment, at the heart of the company's commercial and administrative activities. Your missions: Management of customer relationships and commercial service Elaboration and monitoring of quotes Invoicing and monitoring of payments Polyvalent administrative support Close collaboration with the accounting department and understanding of the fundamentals of small accounting Your profile: Professional experience in Switzerland required Experience in an administrative and commercial position At ease in a multitasking environment Good mastery of management tools Good understanding of small accounting Organized, autonomous, and rigorous We offer: A varied and formative position in a dynamic team, with real responsibilities and close collaboration between the different services.
