Our client is a unique full-service agency in tourism. The offer includes customized arrangements such as exclusive individual and group trips in Switzerland, planning of incentives and congresses as well as classic services of a travel agency. The travelers are transported with their own vehicle fleet. To ensure that these orders run smoothly, we are looking for a dedicated and independent personality. Your tasks • Covering the operational business from A to Z • Caring for tour operators from overseas • Coordinating drivers and vehicles (buses and limousines) • Supporting the care of American tour operators • Coordinating tour guides and airport assistance (Zürich Airport) • Updating customer data and driving orders in the system • Coordinating cooperation with service providers and partner companies • Processing customer inquiries from quotes to invoicing • Completing administrative office work and chauffeur correspondence Your profile • Commercial basic training, ideally in the travel industry or logistics • Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland • Communicative with high service orientation • Organizational talent that remains calm even in hectic times • Flexible, responsible, resilient and reliable • German: stylistically secure (C2) / English: very good knowledge (C1) Your perspective After a very careful introduction to the task, you can expect a varied, challenging and independent activity.
