In order to complete our team, we are looking for a: Floor Porter (M/F) Workplace: Beau-Rivage Palace Start date: Contract type: Fixed-Term Contract Responsibilities You will be responsible for the cleaning of floors and rooms according to hotel procedures. You will be in charge of guaranteeing the maintenance of the condition of the hotel floors. You will be responsible for the delivery of guests' belongings. You must ensure a quality service by helping the housekeeping team. You will be in charge of respecting the standards of cleanliness and organization in rooms and common areas. You must guarantee the maintenance and good presentation of public areas and rooms. You will be responsible for the management and transport of linen between floors and cleaning areas. You must actively participate in guest satisfaction by offering a discreet and efficient service. Profile sought You have experience in a similar position or in luxury hospitality. You are autonomous, organized, and have an excellent sense of detail. You have a neat appearance and pleasant customer contact. You know how to work both in a team and with full autonomy. You speak French fluently, and mastery of another language is an asset.
