Coordination of stakeholders (specialized consultants, companies, clients) your tasks . Organization and site supervision . Participation in site and coordination meetings, drafting of minutes . Development and updating of construction schedules (contractual deadlines, phasing) . Analysis of tenders and awards in support of project managers . Drawing and checking of execution plans and technical details . Follow-up of company orders and contract management . Control of work situations and invoicing (measurements, progress, contractual conformity) . Management of additional costs / savings (addenda) and validation with the project manager . Architect, technician or draughtsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management in Switzerland (imperative) .
