For our client, we are looking for a service employee as a lateral entrant without compulsory experience in the gastronomy sector. As a service employee as a lateral entrant, you have the opportunity to work in various gastronomic establishments such as restaurants, hotels or cafes. Your main task is to receive, serve and care for guests to ensure they have a pleasant gastronomic experience. You may not have specific training or qualifications, but you should be able to learn quickly and adapt to new environments and tasks. Your daily tasks include taking orders, serving drinks and food, setting tables and handling payments. You should also be able to advise guests on the choice of dishes and drinks and provide recommendations. The client has mentioned the following additional tasks: Job description: All-round service (waiter/waitress, beginner). Tasks: Setting up and maintaining the coffee service, supporting guest service and simple waiter tasks, light gardening work (maintenance, keeping order), preparation and follow-up of work areas. Required: Reliability, basic German language skills, physical resilience, willingness to work flexible hours. Training will be provided. Your profile: As a service employee, you must have a high degree of hospitality, communication skills and service orientation. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and also remain calm and polite in hectic situations.
