We are looking for qualified reinforcement as follows, effective immediately, for our client in the Laufen region: HR Clerk 50% (a) Your tasks • Support in administrative processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding and offboarding, mutations, contract management) • Publication of job advertisements as well as support in applicant management • Creation of contracts, confirmations and certificates according to templates • Processing accident and sickness reports • Support in time administration (monitoring of attendances and absences) Your profile • Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist • Several years of professional experience in an administrative function • Good knowledge in the area of data protection and regulatory requirements • Very good German skills, other languages an advantage • Very structured, careful and independent way of working • Experience with Personio or Nexus an advantage Do you have questions?
