As part of its development and structuring of its support functions, our client wishes to recruit a professional capable of building and developing the entire accounting function of the company. Your main responsibilities will be the following: - Ensure the complete management of general accounting up to monthly and annual closures - Implement and structure the company's accounting processes - Design and optimize reporting tools and financial procedures - Manage treasury operations and bank reconciliations - Ensure monitoring of stocks and flows related to operational activity - Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations - Collaborate with auditors, fiduciaries, payroll providers and other external partners - Participate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts - Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of accounting processes and ERP systems We are looking for a person with: - Higher education in accounting, finance or equivalent field - Confirmed experience in general accounting up to closure - Experience in implementing or structuring accounting processes - Experience in a SME, startup or high-growth environment, a real asset - Current English (minimum C1) and professional French (minimum B2) - Autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality - Ability to build, structure and develop an independent accounting function - Entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution capacity Does the announcement correspond to you?
