As a Creative Content Designer in the Consumer Experience Team, you develop inspiring and brand-compliant content for Ovomaltine, Twinings and Caotina. You combine creative conception, design, storytelling and data-based optimization, from the idea to the rollout via digital and physical touchpoints. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Creative Content Designer Ovomaltine, Twinings & Caotina (m/f/d) 80-100 % # What you will do • Content Concept & Creative Development: You develop campaign ideas and content formats - from strategic conception to implementation. • Brand and Channel Impact: You translate brand strategies, campaign goals and consumer insights into convincing content ideas for social media, websites, e-commerce, newsletters, POS and print media. • Consumer Journey: You scale and adapt hero content in a channel- and target-group-oriented manner and ensure a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints. • Trend Scouting & Innovation: You recognize trends, platform dynamics and user needs and develop visually strong content and design solutions from them. • Content Lifecycle & DAM: You accompany content from the idea through creation, adaptation and rollout to optimization and maintain assets cleanly in the DAM system. • Collaboration: You work closely with the Content & Activation Team, external agencies and stakeholders and promote best practices in the international TwiningsOvo network. What you bring • Education: You have training or a degree in design, visual communication, brand communication or a comparable field. • Experience: You bring several years of practice in content creation, creative strategy, campaign development, brand experience or a comparable role. • Conception & Strategy: You think strategically, independently develop effective campaign ideas and translate requirements into clear creative solutions. • Design & Storytelling: You have a strong sense of visual quality, brand management, storytelling and relevant digital trends. • Performance Understanding: You combine creative excellence with user needs, data-based learnings and business goals. • Tool Competence: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud; knowledge in video, motion design, digital asset management and AI tools is a plus. • Way of Working & Languages: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and communicate confidently in German and English; French is a plus.
