Head of Decentralized Energy Supply (m/w/d) In this key function, you are responsible for the planning, operation, and further development of photovoltaic systems and heat networks, as well as for leading your team. At the same time, you actively shape the energy transition and ensure successful exchange with internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks In this function, you lead a team of 8 employees and are directly reporting to the CEO. The planning, control, and operation of large photovoltaic systems for our own power plant park are within your area of responsibility. Also, the development and realization of heat networks in our own supply area and in adjacent cantons belong to your field of activity. You take responsibility for the economic and technical implementation of projects and systems. The management of our subsidiary companies/heat networks is your responsibility The professional exchange with all stakeholders – from employees to management and board of directors to political representatives – is ensured by you. You actively contribute to the further development of the company and shape central topics of the energy transition. Your profile You have a degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering and ideally a postgraduate degree in business administration. You have several years of experience in planning and operating photovoltaic systems, particularly on large roofs, and knowledge in the field of heat networks. You have already gained experience in leading teams and develop specialists in a targeted manner. Analytical thinking as well as a structured and at the same time pragmatic hands-on mentality characterize you. Confident appearance in dealing with different stakeholders and target-group-specific communication at all levels are among your strengths. Entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to actively shape the energy transition round out your profile. You are skilled in handling common MS-Office products and have very good German language skills in writing and speaking. A driver's license category B is an advantage.
