In order to strengthen our team, we are recruiting a/an Medical Device Purchasing Manager (CDM 3 months) (ref : 1991)   Your mission Within the Supply Chain of L'Hôpital de La Tour, you contribute to the proper functioning of the purchasing and supplies necessary for patient care. As part of a temporary replacement, we are looking for a person who is quickly operational, capable of ensuring the continuity of purchasing activities and working autonomously within a dynamic team composed of buyers and supply chain specialists. Your responsibilities • Ensure the operational follow-up of purchasing and supplier files. • Manage the creation and updating of articles in our systems. • Guarantee the reliability of the article and medical device master data. • Participate in the management of supply shortages and the search for alternative solutions. • Ensure the processing of safety notices and materiovigilance activities. • Contribute to the monitoring of purchasing performance. • Collaborate daily with medical, nursing, logistical, and pharmaceutical teams. • Participate in improvement projects and the structuring of purchasing. Your profile • Commercial, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain training. • Previous experience in purchasing, purchasing administration, or supply chain. • Ability to be autonomous quickly and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Good mastery of IT tools. • Rigor, sense of organization, and team spirit. • Ease in exchanges with various interlocutors.
