Company Industry: Drilling, milling, turning. Size: approx. 15 employees.  Workplace: Biel region. Professional field: Mechanical Technician HF, Operations Technician HF, Technician HF or Mechanical Engineer FH Area of responsibility • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team in production. • Further development of the team (technical, methodical and personal) • Ensuring the specified schedule, cost and quality requirements for the required deliveries. • Cross-team coordination with various interface areas (business area, development, purchasing, quality management etc..) • Sustainable and continuous improvement and further development of the production processes and the area of responsibility using innovative methods  Requirement profile • You have a basic technical training in the metalworking sector with further training as a Mechanical Technician HF, Operations Technician HF, Technician HF or Mechanical Engineer FH.  • You have experience in leading a small team in a metalworking production environment.  • You can analyze production processes and initiate their improvement.  • You communicate fluently in German and English.  Your benefits • Varied and responsible position in a smaller internationally active company with family-like structures.  • There is the possibility of becoming an active member of the GL.
