Your new tasks ### • Receiving, processing and independent handling of customer service cases • Active care and follow-up of open customer inquiries while meeting agreed deadlines and commitments • Proactive and solution-oriented communication with our customers • Ensuring the specified response and processing times as well as co-responsibility for achieving the defined departmental goals • Checking orders and controlling the corresponding order confirmations • Processing customer service cases in cooperation with sales • Contact person for queries and clarifications with the manufacturer • Support in organizing and coordinating appointment changes This is what you bring ### • Friendly, professional and customer-oriented demeanor • Communicative and service-oriented personality who also keeps an overview in demanding situations • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking • Completed commercial training. • You have experience in customer service, ideally from the kitchen industry • MS Office skills as well as knowledge of SHD-MHS • French language skills This is what we offer you ### 20% on the entire pfister range & discounts within the XXXLutz group Can be combined with other promotions 5 weeks of vacation An additional week can be purchased Flexible working time models 100% work in 4.5 days?
