What you will do • Deputy to the Global Head of Control Room • Ensure compliance with trading rules and reporting requirements of SIX Swiss Exchange / BX Exchange for listed companies and significant holdings • Monitor, analyze, and implement regulatory developments • Manage, monitor, and report conflicts of interest and employee conduct • Monitoring of transactions, analysis of trading and sales activities, rules, regulations, and contractual agreements • Maintenance of the watch list / restricted list, approvals of funds and ETFs • Collaboration in SIX & BX audits • Management of inquiries from FINMA, SIX, BX and any other authority or exchange • Responsibility for the global policy framework • Administrative support on several topics (operational risk, ICS, etc.) • Support to the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, the trading and sales teams as well as other business areas regarding compliance What you will need • University degree or equivalent training focused on trading, compliance, or banking • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a control function related to trading • Very good user skills in MS-Office (especially Excel), IT affinity • Very good analytical and mathematical skills • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, confident and able to work at all levels • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Proficiency in German and English; other languages are an advantage Assets • Additional linguistic skills Why you will like working here • Experience the dynamics of a leading fintech company • Opportunities for insight into all departments to understand and develop know-how in the value chain of structured investment products • Modern offices in an exceptional location
