DevOps Engineer IMS Core Voice

Your future begins here # We develop, integrate and operate the virtual IMS platforms for Swisscom Voice Services. You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure our customers experience stable and convincing communication in mobile and fixed networks. In a motivated DevOps team, you will take on responsibility and utilize diverse opportunities to develop yourself. • Development, integration and operation of the IMS platform • Automation of existing processes using state-of-the-art SRE and CI/CD practices  • Ensuring stable end-to-end service operation by detecting and resolving problems • Use of modern technologies and active participation in the further development of our voice platform Your skills • Degree (EFZ) in computer science or equivalent practical experience in computer science or telecommunications  • Experience in the operation and analysis of mobile or fixed network infrastructures with VoIP protocols (SIP, Diameter, DNS) as well as in the area of IP networks  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and performance analysis in complex networks using telco-specific tools (e.g., trace/probe systems and network protocol analyses)  • Interest in modern working methods and technologies such as cloud integration in telco environments, automation, CI/CD as well as scripting programming to support operation and engineering (e.g., with Python)  • Ability to ensure stable operation incl. testing, monitoring, error analysis, troubleshooting and technical documentation with willingness for on-call service and night work  • Enthusiasm for new topics and readiness for change to learn new things and actively contribute experience to the team  • Innovative spirit to challenge the status quo and move forward with inspiring new solutions  • Good English, German is an advantage  With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
