Smart Metering Project Manager / Customer Advisor Your tasks Is Smart Metering more than pure technology to you? Do you not want to simply process tickets, but rather advise customers, accompany projects, and actively help shape intelligent solutions? Then a key position awaits you at the interface between technology, energy supply, and customer management. As a direct contact person for our customers, you accompany Smart\-Metering\-projects from the initial inquiry to successful implementation. Whether individual configuration wishes, technical requirements, or complex questions – you develop suitable solutions and ensure that systems, processes, and customer requirements work together optimally. In doing so, you will undertake, among other things, the following tasks: Configuration and parameterization of Smart Meters as well as implementation of customer-specific requirements Support, monitoring, and optimization in the Headend\-system Analysis and rectification of technical faults as well as support with complex support cases Management and coordination of projects related to Smart\-Metering\-solutions Advice and support of energy supply companies with technical and process-related questions Creation of documentation, presentations, and conducting of training sessions Analysis of existing processes as well as active participation in shaping new solutions and concepts With your technical know\-how, your understanding of the energy industry, and your enjoyment of customer contact, you make a decisive contribution to the digitalization of the energy supply.
